Arches Transformative Mentoring
Supporting justice-involved youth (16-24) through structured mentorship and life skills training

A safe space for mentorship, education, and personal development, steering youth away from the justice system
Project Prevent
Helping over-age, under-credited students (15-21) stay in school and succeed academically
Youth Services Coordination (YSC)
Connecting youth (12-19) in NYCHA housing to essential services and justice system support
Anti-Gun Violence Employment Program (AGVEP)
Providing job training and year-round employment for vulnerable youth (14-24)

A hands-on makerspace and entrepreneurship training ground where young innovators turn bold ideas into real-world impact, bringing gaming, animation, and coding training to Harlem youth
