Who We Are
Living Redemption Community Development Corporation (LRCDC) is a Harlem-based nonprofit dedicated to saving lives and healing communities one relationship at a time. We equip young people and families with the support, mentorship, and resources needed to break cycles of incarceration, violence, and poverty.

Atlas Community Engagement Specialist (Credible Messenger)
Living Redemption Community Development Corporation is hiring staff for a community-based violence prevention program that aims to reduce violent recidivism through intensive and voluntary therapeutic services. This program is part of the Atlas initiative and uses the evidence-based Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model to engage young people and their families in holistic anti-violence services.
Credible Messenger - Fatherhood Program
Living Redemption Community Development Corporation is hiring a part-time Credible Messenger for the Fatherhood Program (“The Depot”) to serve as a vital bridge between the program and fathers in the community who are navigating the challenges of parenthood, poverty, and systemic barriers.
Family Development Coach – Fatherhood Program
Living Redemption is hiring a Family Development Coach to provide individualized coaching, case management, and resource coordination for fathers working to strengthen family bonds and achieve long-term personal and professional stability.
