This position reports to the LRCDC FFT Program Director. The Credible Messenger – Community Engagement Specialist is primarily responsible for conducting initial outreach in the community in multiple ways, including in person.
Family Functional Therapy (FFT) – ATLAS FFT Therapists
Living Redemption Community Development Corporation is seeking three (3) Therapists for its Atlas Functional Family Therapy (FFT) team. This position reports to the Atlas Program Director. The FFT Therapists are primarily responsible for delivering the services of FFT to youth, young adults and families while maintaining the FFT model with high fidelity in a manner consistent with the highest professional standards, adhering to protocols in place.
Youth Services Coordination (YSC)
Pilot Program Social Worker, YSC
Youth Coordination Services Social Workers will support the full coordination of services for their assigned locations or sites in Manhattan, NY. This role will directly supervise the site’s assigned Case Manager(s) and Navigator(s). Social workers will regularly interface with the Project’s senior leadership, families of participating youth, local city agency caseworkers, community-based partners, and MOCJ staff, as appropriate.

Youth Service Coordination, Navigators, will support the coordination of services for their assigned locations or sites in Manhattan, NY. Navigators will regularly interface with participating youth and support families’ service planning, as requested by the Social Worker.

The LRCDC Youth Services Coordination Case Manager will support the coordination of services for LRCDC’s locations. Case Managers will regularly interface with participating youth and their families, local city agency caseworkers, and community-based partners.
Family Enrichment Center (FEC) FEC Family Advocate (Harlem) – Bilingual
LRCDC is hiring two FEC Family Advocates. For the second FEC Family Advocate position, a bilingual candidate is a highly preferred.
The Family Advocate is responsible for contributing to the day-to-day operation of the Harlem Family Enrichment Center (FEC) including: building connections with other staff, local residents, and community partners; co-designing and delivering relevant programming and activities;

LRCDC has an open position for an FEC Community Liaison (Harlem). The Community Liaison contributes to the day-to-day operation of the FEC Harlem site. The Community Liaison is focused on building connections using a warm, engaging, and enthusiastic communication style to enhance and support the family protective factors of FEC participants and community members.
